Flow Yoga
Follow the Eastmark Fitness Club Presented By G-Fit Solutions group for location details and class updates. Classes are free for Eastmark residents; non-residents pay a $5 drop-in class fee. If you’ve never attended a G-Fit fitness class, you must complete this waiver prior to attending your first class.

Of Wings and Men
If you’re a man with a special needs child, get together with others who share your unique life perspective. Don’t worry, this isn’t a support group. It’s an opportunity to hang out with like-minded guys to build new friendships. Chicken wings will be a staple of each meet-up.
