The Eastmark Design Review Committee meets weekly to review completed design review applications.  All meetings are open to Eastmark homeowners.  Please email ERA@dmbcommunitylife.com if you’d like to arrange attendance to the meeting.

For modification requests to be included on the Committee’s weekly agenda, completed design review applications must be submitted no later than end of day on the Thursday prior to the meeting.

Applications with missing information cannot be added to the agenda until everything is complete. Here are helpful tips for submitting complete applications:

  1. Use the ‘Other Helpful Guides’ section of the Design Review page to assist in completing an application for the most commonly requested modifications, including: security doors/gates, shade structures, solar screens, satellite dishes.
  2. Review the ‘Asked and Answered’ and ‘Application Checklist’ to make sure your application is complete upon submission.
  3. Ensure your request complies with the design integrity of your home. Review the ‘Style Sheets’ under ‘Other Helpful Guides’ to identify your homes architectural style and to view examples of architecturally consistent improvements including renderings of security doors and gates. Please note, these are not pre-approved modifications – all modifications require the Committee’s prior review.
  4. Review applicable section within the Eastmark Design Guidelines for nuances of each modification – the document is searchable by key term.
